Personal leadership is everything about leading yourself – better. Finding ease and living from your own essence is something that is unique to a personal leadership development plan.
When you tolerate dis-ease, some where, some how – you have lowered your standards of your own self leadership. However, when you combine an intention for personal ease along side of your intended goals – a pursuit of flow through personal leadership can be very fulfilling.
Here are 15 reasons why finding your own personal ease matters:
1. Ease can be a resource – and it can be leveraged. When you are at ease – and calm – you are much able to see multiple perspectives easier. When things are restricted in either mind or body – often – the number of options in your view has been restricted too.
One of the most valuable skill sets in personal leadership is to have flexibility in your ability to see multiple perspectives and options to move forward.
2. Ease Can be a doorway to both effectiveness and inward peace. When you are working from your own personal ease that comes from living congruently, authentically and from your own values – in addition to personal fulfillment – is a doorway to inner peace.
When you are focused on what is most important to you – a by-product is that you become more effected because you are not wasting time, energy or money striving to keep up with others expectations.
