Self Leading Yourself Out of Problems – Part 2

problem busting In Self Leading Yourself Out of Problems – Part 1 – We talked about how to use reducing tolerations, increasing abundance and having always-integrity as ways to avoid problems.

Today – I have 3 more ideas for you based on how you focus, how you get your energy and what you do with that energy when you have it.  The ideas here are around the prevention of problems through being proactive.

Simplify your Life.    The more “moving parts” or just things in general you have, the more there is to break or pile up.  When you simplify to the most meaningful, you illuminate a lot of problems before they even are created.  If you have clutter, or unloved items in your environment or if you have too many ideas, projects or promises – chances are, you haven’t been able to pay the highest quality of attention to anything.  When you simplify,  your self-expression improves as does lovely qualities such as connection, peace, ease and effectiveness.     If you want more of those qualities in your life – and less chaos, confusion, or conflict.   Think about how you might find some simple ways to simplify your own life.

Change how you get and maintain your energy.  There are behaviours that can drain the life right out of you.  There are also behaviours that are energy-gifting.   There are things that give you a jolt of energy for a short-term and then there are things can inspire your energy that lasts for days and even weeks.   When you can hook up to energy that is truly resourceful for yourselves – we create a well-spring that can gift to you – energy it can increase your capacity for greatness and simultaneously create an abundance buffer that you can draw on as serve others.    If we don’t have those excess energy stores – what we end up giving is less than our best selves or worse yet – we leave ourselves so spent – that we have nothing left to give at all.

What are some great sources of energy?  Love, passions, life purpose, oneness, service, personal fulfillment, simple focus,  self-love, self-care  – to name a few.

What are some draining sources of energy?   Anything to do with seeking a rush and for sure anything that keeps us trapped in an illusion that we are not whole and not connected.  For example – seeking external validation; where we are looking for energy outside of ourselves – when we’ve forgotten  the truth is within us.   The same can be true for asking others to step into our own limited perspective.   We get a short-term buzz from having influence and the illusion of control – but in the long run, we miss out on the creativity that comes from possibilities.

Pursue self-mastery. When you get incrementally better at something – everything changes.  Your capacity improves, your flow improves, your ability to be flexible and creative improves.  When you are masterful at your chosen activities – ease happens and when you are in a place of ease – problems end up being opportunities.  All these things I just mentioned are essential elements of self leadership.

Spend a few moments today thinking about what you focus on in your self leadership.  Do you actively keep things simple?  Do you look after your energy stores well enough?  To you always do your best?

This is what self-leadership is about it – it’s about leading your best self forward.

Have any of these ideas – sparked desires for your own life?

Hey, Anne! Your articles really helped me. I realize now that I tend to complicate things in my life. I’ll try harder to follow your advice. Thanks!

Thanks for stopping by Antonia. The truth is – the WORLD is getting more complicated as a trend.
Stay in lightness around your awareness that perhaps there may be some new opportunities for you.

So often it’s this flexible stance that allows us to focus on what is most meaningful in it’s most simple form.

Complications often appear because we have been a little to closed or rigid in our approach somewhere along the line.

It’s nice to hear you are discovering a new wish for yourself – and remember change can be easy – it doesn’t have to be hard. Hard is a choice.
